No feature tour. This is the list we are held to in writing, and the list we would want to read if we were buying.

Course standards
SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI, in and out. Course files you already own load
without a rebuild, and they leave in the same format.

Records and evidence
Every attempt, score, expiry and sign-off held against the learner, exportable
to CSV or a dated PDF. Written for an auditor who wants a document, not a screenshot of a
dashboard.

Access and joiners
SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect single sign-on. Starters, movers and leavers sync
from your HR system nightly, so nobody maintains two lists and no leaver keeps a login.

Accessibility
Built to WCAG 2.2 AA and tested with a keyboard and a screen reader, not just a
checker. It has to work on the phone a driver or a night-shift technician is actually holding.

Hosting
UK data centres; learner data stays in the UK. Nightly backups with 35-day
retention, and a 99.9% monthly availability target written into the contract rather than a
marketing page.

Leaving
You get the database schema on day one and a full export whenever you ask. If
you move to somebody else, you go with your records in a format they can read.
Who is behind this
A completion figure is a measure of clicking, and we have never met an auditor who was satisfied by one.
Priya spent nine years running learning and development inside a logistics group of just over four thousand people. The platform there reported 100% completion on a manual-handling module. Six weeks later an internal audit watched a warehouse team carry out the procedure and found that most of them had never done it that way.
Nothing was falsified. The software had simply measured the only thing it could see. That gap is the reason this company exists.
The first version we built was too clever. It scored confidence, tracked hesitation, produced beautiful charts, and one client quietly stopped opening it after a fortnight. We took most of it out. What is left is a platform that records what happened, proves it to whoever needs proving to, and gets out of the way.
What we hold to
Everyone in this market ships badges, streaks and leaderboards. We do not. They move completion figures, and completion was never the thing you needed.
Who we turn away
Below roughly forty learners, the licence maths does not work in your favour. A shared drive and a decent video host will serve you better, and we will say so on the call rather than after the invoice. We also do not take on a platform we did not build — supporting someone else's half-finished system helps nobody.
